Shipping  

  • I PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE? 

Your package should arrive in 3-5 business days. If you don’t receive it within 10 business days, please reach out to helpdesk@cortexbeauty.com. 

  • WHAT METHOD IS USED FOR SHIPPING? 

UPS, USPS, FedEx 

  • I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO? 

Wait 24 hours to receive the confirmation, then send an email to helpdesk@cortexbeauty.com. 

 

Returns & Exchanges  

  • HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN? 

Customers can return items within 30 days of receiving the tool. Please reach out to helpdesk@cortexbeauty.com to make a return. 

  • CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I'VE PLACED IT?

You should expect a response in 1-2 business days after sending your email.  

  • WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER? 

The warranty covers Manufacturer Defects only. It does not cover damages due to misuse or improper care of device. This warranty is only available in the continental United States. **The warranty does not cover online purchases from other sellers.

We recommend setting up an account to get info on deals and promotions. Wholesalers need to set up an account to place an order.
